1. Eligibility for Refunds To be eligible for a refund:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging
• Request must be made within14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or receipt)

2. Non-Refundable Items For hygienic and intimate garment reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Worn or washed shapewear or yoga shorts
• Items marked as final sale or clearance

3. How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund, please:
